The first Seminar on Strategy and Organization of Zhejiang Zentel was successfully held in Hangzhou

    On November 11st and 12nd, 2022, the first strategy and organization seminar of Zhejiang Zentel was held in Hangzhou. This seminar was an important milestone in the company’s development history, where colleagues from Shenzhen, Jinhua, Japan, and Taiwan crossed geography and distance to conceptualize and look forward to a common vision. Chairman Ying Wei, Executive Director Wang Naxin attended the seminar, and board members Mei Wei, Longxin Industry Fund Investment Director Xing Kai, CDH Baifu Investment Director Wang Chaofan, President Sean Lin and 32 colleagues from various departments participated in the seminar.
    Chairman Ying Wei made an important speech before the seminar, highlighting the background and significance of this seminar to the participating members, and encouraging them to contribute their wisdom and strength to the strategic development direction of the company through this seminar.
    Mr. Ying’s speech pointed out the direction for this seminar. Then, Mr. Zhang Dawei, the catalyst of the seminar, broke the ice with a “bridge-building” activity, which set a good tone for the seminar to unite and cooperate. After the ice-breaking, Wang Chaofan, Director of CDH Baifu Investment, made a wonderful sharing of DRAM industry information.
    The sharing of industry information opened up the ideas for the seminar, and then the two-day seminar started. The seminar focused on strategic positioning and strategic blueprint, etc. With the introduction of the concept and knowledge guidance of Zhang Dawei, everyone had a detailed and enthusiastic discussion and collided with the spark of thinking. In the end, each group shared the gains of the seminar.
    After the seminar, Executive Director Wang Naxin, President Sean Lin and Chairman Ying Wei made a summary speech on the seminar. Mr. Naxin fully affirmed the results of the two-day seminar, and he encouraged the R&D staff of the company to get closer to the market and listen to the voice of the front end of the market in order to better match the market demand and do a good job in product design.
    Mr. Lin focused on the issues that needed to be optimized at the organizational level after the seminar, and analyzed the existing organizational structure of the company. He pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen internal cooperation, improve organizational efficiency and achieve strategic goals through organizational reform.
    At the end of the seminar, Mr. Ying made a concluding speech. He affirmed two important results in the seminar: firstly, a strategic consensus was reached through team discussion; secondly, team building and communication were completed by overcoming distance. Mr. Ying shared three important aspects that he paid attention to as chairman: organizational adjustment, incentive mechanism and cultural values. Mr. Ying encouraged all the participants to be sentimental, responsible and have others in mind to create the future of Zhejiang Zentel.
    After the seminar, everyone took a group photo. The first strategy and organization seminar of Zhejiang Zentel came to a successful end with a warm applause.
