In 2021, Zhejiang Zentel Memory Technology Co., Ltd. had completed the setup of its R&D Center in Hangzhou. Zentel’s Chairman Ying Wei, President Sean Lin, and Director Wang Naxin jointly witnessed the ceremony. Now, Zentel has formed a R&D triangle of Osaka, Hsinchu, and Hangzhou.

Hangzhou R&D Center is located on the 17th floor of Jirui International in Gongshu District, covering an area of 1,000 square meters with over 150 workstations.

Founded in 2020, Zentel Zhejiang is a memory chip design house. The company has a product line covering all mainstream DRAM categories, providing advanced DRAM solutions. The Zentel brand was first established in 2002, and was acquired by Zentel Zhejiang since March 2020 for all future promotion and developments.

The core team members of Hangzhou R & D center come not only from famous international players such as Intel, Infineon, Samsung and Powerchip, but also from well-known domestic high-tech companies such as Lenovo, CXMT and UniIC, which have formed a complete team for research and development.

Zentel will leverage its seasoned experience in closed-loop supply chain and relationship with suppliers and customers to differentiate from the competitiors, and continue to gain market share in domestic markets including communication, industry and automobile, strengthen strategic cooperation with domestic brands such as Loongson, and take the market with independent IP and design.
