Zhejiang Zentel Memory Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zentel”) has successfully achieved certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 following an audit by SGS, the internationally recognized testing, inspection, and certification company. The certification confirms that Zentel’s quality and environmental management systems meet international standards, laying a solid foundation for the company to further improve product quality, service capabilities, and sustainable development.
During the audit, the SGS expert team conducted a comprehensive review of Zentel’s management systems against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The audit concluded that Zentel’s quality and environmental management systems are mature, with no systemic issues identified, and recognized the company’s performance in document control, record traceability, employee awareness and execution, continuous improvement, and cross-regional collaboration.
Quality and environmental management have long been central to Zentel’s operations. In preparation for the audit, the company’s Quality Assurance Department coordinated the development of ISO documentation and operational standards across all units. Engineering, R&D, and Project Management teams systematically reviewed the full product development process, from project initiation to mass production. Operations teams strictly implemented supplier qualification and evaluation. Business teams continued to refine customer satisfaction management and customer feedback improvement mechanisms. The General Administration Department ensured environmental management, compliance with environmental regulations, and hazardous waste control. HR Department strengthened the employee education and training system, while IT reinforced information security management. Together, these efforts form a closed-loop management approach covering the entire operation.
“Achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification is not the finish line, but a new starting point for continuously improving quality, environmental management, and operational capabilities,” said a company representative. “We will continue to conduct internal audits and regular management reviews, and promote deeper use of the PLM system to improve document access and product project data management efficiency.”
Looking ahead, Zentel will continue to deepen the operation and improvement of its ISO management systems, using international standards as a benchmark to continuously refine quality and environmental management processes, deliver more stable and reliable products and services to customers, and contribute to the environmentally sustainable development of the industry.
